Some of the greatest benefits of attending DCS are the relationships families have with our supportive staff and the individualized learning plan. With the guidance of licensed teachers, families are able to build a high quality education program that is tailored to their student's unique learning style and that best helps them reach their educational and social goals. We believe that our learning programs should be as diverse as the students who attend our school. 

Dallas Community School engages and supports students through several programs and services:

•  Allotment fund to spend on lessons, curriculum & educational support materials 
• Frequent meetings with a certified Educational Guide 
• Access to an exceptional curriculum library to borrow curriculum and educational materials 
• Organized field trips and workshops each year, multi-age classes per term.
• Parent workshops & training opportunities 
• Annual events like Math Night, Student Exhibition Nights, Family Picnic & Curriculum Fairs

Thank you for your interest in our school. You can enroll anytime during the school year and will be admitted as long as we have space available. We follow Oregon law regarding placement using the lottery process detailed in ORS 338.125. 

We require that anyone interested in Dallas Community School attend an informational meeting. At the informational meeting you will learn about our program and get your questions answered so you can decide if DCS is the right fit for your student and family. Once you’ve attended one of our in-person informational meetings, an enrollment packet will be provided.
