Enroll Now at Dallas Community School

At Dallas Community School (DCS), we do education differently. We believe in student agency, parent choice, and hands-on, project-based learning that sparks curiosity and prepares students for the real world. If you're looking for an innovative, tuition-free educational experience, now is the time to enroll!

 

We offer two dynamic programs designed to ENGAGE, EMPOWER, and EQUIP students for success:

  • K-8 Program: A flexible home-learning model that blends structured learning, in-person classes, field trips, and hands-on teacher support for families.
  • High School Program: An in-person, project-based learning experience that challenges students to take ownership of their education and prepare for college, careers, and beyond.

How to Enroll in Our K-8 Program:

We welcome new students year-round, but space is limited! Enrollment follows Oregon’s lottery process (ORS 338.125) when capacity is reached. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Explore our Website:  Learn more about our mission, model, and unique approach to education.
  2. Deepen your Understanding: At Dallas Community School, we’re excited to offer learning in new and flexible ways. Families can now create an account in our Learning Management System (LMS) to explore content we’ve designed just for you. It’s a simple way to get to know our school model and see how your family is part of our community.

  3. Meet with our Assistant Director: After watching the videos, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether Dallas Community School is the right fit for your family. From there, you’ll be guided to schedule a meeting with our K–8 Assistant Director.
  4. Submit your Enrollment Packet:  Once your completed enrollment packet is submitted, our registrar will guide you through the final steps to secure your student’s spot.
 

How to Enroll in Our High School Program:
We welcome new students year-round, but space is limited! Enrollment follows Oregon’s lottery process (ORS 338.125) when capacity is reached. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Explore our Website:  Learn more about our mission, model, and unique approach to education.
  2. Email our Registrar: Email our Registrar at: [email protected] to Schedule a family meeting with your student to visit our High School campus and connect with our High School Assistant Director.
  3. Submit your Enrollment Packet:  Once your completed enrollment packet is submitted, our registrar will guide you through the final steps to secure your student’s spot.
